2026 Jewelry Business Goals & Resolutions

It’s hard to believe 2025 is already in the rear view mirror, but here we are! It’s been quite a year and as I’ve done before, I’m recapping the goals I set for myself this year and re-visiting what I told myself I’d be working on in 2025.

Let’s see how I did. Read on as we go back to the 2025 business goals I set in January before we move on to 2026 and what I hope to accomplish with my year this year.

2025 Business Resolutions Revisited

I limited myself to two goals in 2025, with the intention of truly making sure I wasn’t divided among too many things.

Cohesive marketing strategy

I’m really pleased where I ended this year in regards to my marketing. My content was cohesive, and I feel like I stuck to my schedule pretty well. I’m getting the idea of matching website, social media, and social media together to create a total picture (hooray!). In fact, I’m so excited about the progress I’ve made that I’m evolving this into a different goal for 2026.

More metal jewelry

In 2025 I had two metal releases; one in the spring, and another in the fall. I’m so glad I put time into my metal jewelry because these can be items that sell very quickly. In 2026 I’ll continue the care set of releasing metal items, and I think that this strategy will work well considering the goals I’ve set for myself.

2026 jewelry business goals

2026 will be a different year for me. Fifth essence jewelry has always been my side hustle and this year I’ll be taking a bit of a step back to focus on classes for my day job. This just means that I will be smarter with the time I have, and really focused on my efforts.

This doesn’t mean I won’t create jewelry. It does mean there may be more mini collections. It doesn’t mean that I won’t participate in markets. It does mean that I will only participate in a few limited ones. Fortunately, my website will be up to date and the best place to find my items.

Instagram update

Of all the social media sites, Instagram is my favorite. But I’ve neglected my account by not adapting to the changes. I have a beautiful friend who is a social media expert and she was able to give me some tips for giving my page a bit of love. So I’m going to work to begin implementing these strategies and start revamping what and how I post.

This also works perfectly with the strategy I’ve been working on the past two years. Expect to see more tie-ins to my website content and email newsletters.

Pouring into my website

I completely revamped my website and debuted my new look at the beginning of last year. But there is still work I need to do to get my website back to where it was before the migration.

This year I’ll finish back-linking my older blogs so that task is finally done. With new jewelry, and make sure that my page with gift ideas is up to date. I’ve also enjoyed updating my homepage so it reflects the seasons. Especially since my Etsy page is no longer active (more on that in a future post), it’s especially important that my website is the best it can be.

I also made sure that the content I post is truly interesting and relevant. In 2026, I plan to continue to be strategic with what I post and even revamp some of the older content that didn’t get migrated.

I’m excited about the goals I have for 2026. The new year always gives me time to reflect and get a fresh start. Cheers for the year ahead.
